PITTURA A CALCE is an interior and exterior mineral-based emulsion paint, with a seasoned lime base in a smooth matt finish. It binds perfectly with its surface, offers great breathability and is very robust throughout life. Due to its high alkalinity PITTURA A CALCE fights bacteria, mould and other microorganisms.
.USAGE
PITTURA A CALCE is used as a mineral painting finish for both the indoors and outdoors. It is for use on lime plaster, lime-cement pretreated with fine mortar, porous stone and surfaces previously painted with lime based paints. It is not to be used with gypsum or derivative substrates. It is ideal for use in the renovation of historic or valuable buildings and is ideal for reproducing or maintaining older characteristics from previous Italian decor.

Ensure the existing surface is dry, free from dust or dirt, clean and free from any flakes of paint, oil, grease or other deposits. Wait 28 days before applying to fresh plaster.
